About SEI
Standard Electric, Inc has been family owned and operated since 1998. We service the entire Houston metro and surrounding areas. With over 40 fleet vehicles, Standard Electric provides complete electrical services to all our residential contractors. From ceiling fan installations, to landscape lighting, our team of licensed and trained electricians provide the highest quality workmanship and customer service available in Southeast Texas.
For over 25 years, Standard Electric, Inc has been raising the bar in the residential market, and has grown a reputation as the company to call “when higher Standards are expected.”
All of our homes are wired to the current National Electric Code and follow the requirements for the city in which the home is residing. We work closely with the builder, homeowner, and power company to insure that each home receives the proper load analysis and up to date devices as mandated by the NEC.
As styles and trends come and go, our estimators pour over each blueprint and work with our homeowners and builders to ensure that the electrical needs of every house are exactly what the homeowner is desiring as they build their dream home.
Our quotes and estimates are always presented with complete transparency. We will never present a quote and then bill you with “surprise” or “hidden fees.” If you desire to change the scope of work during the electrical or building process, a change order will be presented for approval before the work is done to insure that the project stays streamlined and efficient.
